The world of sport is not an easy world.

It is a total commitment that requires sacrifice and a lot of preparation.

I started golf in late July 2020 after my transplant in August 2019.

I am fully invested to achieve my dream:

Become the best Golfer possible in order to participate in competitions and participate in the World Transplant Games.

In addition to this, you need to know more about it.

Here is my story and my challenge:

My name is Fabiano, I am 38 years old, I am married and the happy father of two twins.

It was in 2015 that doctors diagnosed me with several rare autoimmune diseases including Lupus.

At the beginning of 2019, they decided to put me on the waiting list for lung transplants.

While waiting for a donor, my state of health deteriorated rapidly.

Most recently, I was living on oxygen 24 hours a day and had less than 20% remaining lung capacity.

It was clear that I only had a very short time left in front of me ...

It was in August 2019 that I had the chance to receive a bi-pulmonary transplant thanks to my donor.

It is therefore fully aware of this new second life that was offered to me and my heart filled with gratitude to my donor that I decided to challenge myself in order to honor this "gift of self" and promote the gift of self. organ through the practice of sport.

Just one year and three months after my transplant, I set myself the goal of participating in the World Transplant Games as a golfer.

So I started playing golf at the end of July 2020.

I discovered a real passion there and my level is increasing day after day. It is even considered "very good" for a "transplant" person by my instructor.

I have successfully completed all the learning stages and have been officially a golfer since the end of October 2020.

I put all my energy into it and am very proud to have reached this point so quickly.

This sport motivates me enormously and each course I take gives me a huge breath of fresh air where I can breathe deeply!

Need support to continue my project:

You probably know it, but golf is a sport that requires a certain budget.

That's why I need you to help me keep progressing so that I can participate in the World Transplant Games at my best.

Indeed, by then I will have to carry out a maximum of training and courses, follow consolidation courses and provide myself with equipment.

So I can participate in different competitions in order to lower my handicap as much as possible.

In order to get to the World Transplant Games, I will also have to finance my travel and accommodation for the duration of the competition.

This is where I need you !!!

U No financial support, even modest, allow me to move forward and closer to my dream to

participate in the next

World Transplant Games 2021 in Houston Texas and in 2023 in Perth, Australia.

It is with the small streams that we make the big rivers !!!

Support, sponsorship (equipment, courses, courses) would also be welcome and highly appreciated!

Thank you for reading me this far and thank you in advance for your next support and kindness to allow me and my donor to fly to the World Transplant Games!

Together we are stronger !!!

Through this project, I want to show my infinite gratitude to

my donor and his family because it is thanks to them that I am alive!

And that is priceless !

THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR SUPPORT.

To my donor and his family
